Product Review:Qhemet Biologics' Honeybush Hair Tea

Still singing the dried out fro blues? Well sing no more because help has arrived in the form of Honeybush Hair Tea Soft Hold Gel by Qhemet Biologics. While I've been natural for quite some time now, I rarely wear my hair in a fro or a puff because of the increased dryness.  I spend whole days in dehumidified air which leaves my ends crying for moisture.  Protective styles are usually my way to prevent the problem, but days on end of buns was slowly boring me to tears.

I wrapped my hair in an Aquis towel and left it to dry while I continued getting ready for my day. When I finally removed the towel, I was very pleased with the result. The gel actually made my fro sparkle, catch the light, while helping to enhance its color (no more dusty brown head) and left my hair light and airy above my head.

As I went through my day, my hair stayed soft, cushiony and never needed to be picked. Later that evening, after wearing my hair out all day, it was a simple matter to mist it with water, comb it out with ease and braid it up for the night. Best of all, when I awoke the next morning, all that was required was a quick dip under the shower head and a shake for my hair to fall into a great coily look.
